GRIDNET Technologies LLC built the GRIDNET Token app as a Freemium app (to
be made Open-Source soon). This SERVICE is provided by GRIDNET Technologies LLC
at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the
collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to
use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use
of information in relation to this Privacy Policy.
We strive not to collect any information regarding you at all, as
GRIDNET OS is an anonymity and freedom oriented Project.
Thus no explicit, direct Personal Information will be used for providing
and/or improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with
anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms
and Conditions, which is accessible at GRIDNET.ORG unless otherwise defined in
this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we MAY ask you to provide
us with personally identifiable information only in regard to your IP address,
mobile phone brand, or the version of the underlying operating system you are
using. The information that we request will be retained by us only for the
period required to investigate technical difficulties and used as described in
this privacy policy.
Currently, the app does NOT use ANY third party services except for services
provided by Google.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an
error in the app, we MAY collect data and or information (currently only
through Google Services) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data thus MAY
include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address,
device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when
utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other
statistics.
Camera / Computer Vision
The software DOES take use of the embedded camera only when the app is in an
active state. Information retrieved from it is not sent anywhere. The
information is used solely for the purpose of QR-codes detection AND LOCAL
processing on the mobile device. Identifying anyone based on the meta-data
generated locally is unfeasible, i.e. effectively impossible. The use of camera
was incorporated solely for the purpose of improving user"s experience and to
avoid copy-pasting of large pseudo-random strings across devices.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as
anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites
that you visit and are stored on your device"s internal memory.
This Service DOES NOT use these "cookies" explicitly NOR does it use third
party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve
their services.
Service Providers
We DO NOT employ third-party companies except for services provided by
Google for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Links to Other Sites
The application does NOT provide links to external services and or sites.
Children"s Privacy
Thus implicitly, our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We
do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children
under 13 years of age.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to
review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any
changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
